Terms & Conditions of Entry

Promotion Name: In Macarthur Magazine – Win 2 x tickets to a Soirees by Staytime 2025 event

Promotional Period:
Entries Open: Date TBC at Time TBC AEDT
Entries Close: Date TBC at Time TBC AEDT

Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
Employees of Staytime and their families are ineligible to participate.

How to Enter:
Entry is as outlined in the promotional material the Summer 2024 edition In Macarthur Magazine.
Provision of contact details warrants that the entrant meets the eligibility criteria and accepts these terms and conditions.
A breach of the terms and conditions will result in the entrant being disqualified from participating in the promotion.

Number of Entries Permitted:
Limit one (1) entry/registration per person.

Prize Details:
1 x prize consisting of 2 x tickets to a Soirees by Staytime event in 2025 to the maximum value of $400 ($200 per ticket). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Draw:
The draw to determine the winner of the promotion will take place at 75 John Street, Camden NSW, Australia on TBC Date at TBC Time AEDT.

Notifying the Winner:
The winner will be notified by email within 1 business day of the draw taking place.

Accepting the Prize:
The winner has until TBC Date 2024 at TBC Time AEDT to acknowledge acceptance of the prize. This can be done via reply email or phone.
Staytime will make several attempts to contact the winner, via both phone and email, before this time.
Should no response be received within the designated timeframe a subsequent winner will be drawn. They will have the same 4 day period in which to acknowledge and accept the prize. This process will continue as required until a winner is confirmed.
Once the winner has acknowledged and accepted the prize, they will be provided with specific details via email as to how they will be able to apply the credit to their purchase. This will vary depending on the product they choose.

Claiming the Prize:
The prize must be utilised by Wednesday 31 December 2025 at 11.59pm AEDT or it will be forfeited.
The date of the wedding does not have to take place before this time, but the booking must be made and confirmed by the date noted above in order for the credit to be applied. Once bookings are confirmed, any cancellations or variations are subject to our standard terms.

Announcing the Winner:
The winner will be announced via In Macarthur Magazine & Staytime social media accounts.

Costs of Claiming the Prize:
The winner is responsible for any additional costs of claiming their prize. This might include costs such as travelling to the location.

Dispute Resolution:
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by applicable Australian and NSW law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Privacy:
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any related publicity material.
