Promotion Name: Swingers Comedy Event Giveaway – Win $100 Gift Voucher to Spend on at Soirees by Staytime Events.

Promotional Period:
Entries Open: Saturday 1 March 2025 at 4.00pm AEDT
Entries Close: Saturday 1 March 2025 at 7.00pm AEDT
Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
Employees of Staytime and their families are ineligible to participate.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, entrants must collect a set of keys from the bowl when entering/signing in to the event venue and have their name, (email and phone number optional) and key number recorded on the registration sheets that will be available for the duration of the promotional period at 75 John Street, Camden NSW, Australia. The key is then placed in s second bowl by the bar when redeeming their welcome drink.
Selection and recording of a key number warrants that the entrant meets the eligibility criteria and accepts these terms and conditions.
A breach of the terms and conditions will result in the entrant being disqualified from participating in the promotion.
Number of Entries Permitted:
Limit one (1) entry/registration per person.
Prize Details:
1 x prize consisting of a $100 gift voucher to be spent at Soirees by Staytime events.
The Draw:
The draw to determine the winner of the promotion will take place at 75 John Street, Camden NSW, Australia on Saturday 1 March 2025 at 7.30pm AEDT.
A set of keys will be drawn .
Notifying the Winner:
The winner will be presented with the prize at the time of draw/winner being announced. Should the winner not be present, they will be contacted within 1 business day of the draw taking place.
Accepting the Prize:
The winner has until Wednesday 5 March 2025 at 4.59pm AEDT to acknowledge acceptance of the prize. This can be done via reply email or phone.
Staytime will make several attempts to contact the winner, via both phone and email, before this time.
Should no response be received within the designated timeframe a subsequent winner will be drawn. They will have the same 4 day period in which to acknowledge and accept the prize. This process will continue as required until a winner is confirmed.
Once the winner has acknowledged and accepted the prize, they will be provided with specific details via email as to how they will be able to apply the gift voucher/credit towards their purchase.
Claiming the Prize:
As per the conditions of the gift voucher, the prize must be utilised within 36 months of the date of issue or it will be forfeited.
The date of the event does not have to take place before this time, but the booking must be made and confirmed. Once bookings are confirmed, any cancellations or variations are subject to our standard terms.
Announcing the Winner:
The winner will be announced at the time of the draw and later published via Staytime social media accounts.
Costs of Claiming the Prize:
The winner is responsible for any additional costs of claiming their prize.
Dispute Resolution:
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by applicable Australian and NSW law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Privacy:
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any related publicity material.
