Terms & Conditions of Entry

Promotion Name: ROSHANI Opening Act Competition – Win the Opportunity to be the Opening Act at ROSHANI’s Exclusive Live Music Event.

Promotional Period:
Entries Open: Thursday 27 March 2025 at 12.00pm AEDT
Entries Close: Monday 12 May 2025 at 5.00pm AEST

Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 14 years and over.
Employees of Staytime and their families are ineligible to participate.

How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, entrants must submit a video and accompanying text to demonstrate their suitability for the opportunity.

Entries should be submitted via social media, by tagging Soirees by Staytime and ROSHANI, or emailing book@staytime.com.au.

Submission of video and accompanying text warrants that the entrant meets the eligibility criteria and accepts these terms and conditions.

A breach of the terms and conditions will result in the entrant being disqualified from participating in the promotion.

Number of Entries Permitted:
Limit one (1) entry/registration per person.

Prize Details:
The winning applicant will perform a 20 minute set at the ROSHANI Exclusive Live Music Event. Details of the performance.

Date: Satruday 31 May 2025
Performance Time: 4.30pm
Location: Soirees by Staytime, 75 John Street, Camden NSW.

Determining the Winner:
Soirees by Staytime and ROSHANI will select the winning applicant from eligible entries. Applicants will be reviewed in regards to musical ability, application notes, any additional information obtained in the course of reviewing applications and other factors affecting suitability for the opportunity.

Notifying the Winner:
The winner will be contacted after the application close date.

Accepting the Prize:
The winner has until Tuesday 13 May 2025 at 4.59pm AEST to acknowledge acceptance of the prize. This can be done via reply message, email or phone.
Staytime will make several attempts to contact the winner before this time.
Should no response be received within the designated timeframe a subsequent winner will be cpntacted. They will have the same 1 day period in which to acknowledge and accept the prize. This process will continue as required until a winner is confirmed.

Claiming the Prize:
Once the winner has acknowledged and accepted the prize, they will be provided with specific details in regards to the peformance to take place on Saturday 31 May 2025.

Announcing the Winner:
The winner will be announced via Soirees by Staytime and ROSHANI social media accounts.

Costs of Claiming the Prize:
The winner is responsible for any additional costs of claiming their prize.

Dispute Resolution:
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by applicable Australian and NSW law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Privacy:
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any related publicity material.
