Promotion Name: Camden Show 2025 Giveaway – Win 1 of 2 $200 Soirees by Staytime Gift Vouchers

Promotional Period:
Entries Open: Friday 4 April 2025 at 9:00am AEDT
Entries Close: Saturday 5 April 2025 at 7:30pm AEDT

Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
Employees of Staytime and their families are ineligible to participate.

How to Enter:
To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their name and email address (phone number is optional) on the provided sign-up sheets that will be available at the Soirees by Staytime marquee at the 2025 Camden Show.

Entrants will then be supplied with a mock gambling chip and given the chance to play 1 x round/spin on the roulette table.

If they correctly guess the winning number, they will receive an entry into the draw. The bet must be “straight up”, that is, the chip placed solely on that number and not between 2 or more numbers.

The entry will be in the form of a raffle ticket issued and added to a vessel.

Provision of contact details and playing 1 x round/spin of roulette warrants that the entrant meets the eligibility criteria and accepts these terms and conditions.

A breach of the terms and conditions will result in the entrant being disqualified from participating in the promotion.

Number of Entries Permitted:
Limit one (1) entry/registration per person.

Prize Details:
1 of 2 x prizes each consisting of a $200 Soirees by Staytime Gift Voucher. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Draw:
There will be one winner drawn, and prize awarded, on each of the 2 days of the 2025 Camden Show. The draw to determine the winners of the promotion will take place at the Soirees by Staytime marquee at the Camden Showground, Camden NSW, Australia on Friday 4 April & Saturday 5 April 2025 at 8:00pm AEDT each day.
At each draw, 1 x raffle ticket will be drawn at random from the vessel.

Notifying the Winner:
The winner will be notified by email within 1 business day of the draw taking place.

Accepting the Prize:
The winner has until Wednesday 9 April 2025 at 4:59pm AEDT to acknowledge acceptance of the prize. This can be done via reply email or phone call.
Staytime will make several attempts to contact the winner, via both phone (if supplied) and email, before this time.
Should no response be received within the designated timeframe a subsequent winner will be drawn. They will have the same 2 day period in which to acknowledge and accept the prize. This process will continue as required until a winner is confirmed.
Once the winner has acknowledged and accepted the prize, they will be provided with specific details via email as to how they will be able to redeem their gift voucher.

Claiming the Prize:
As per the conditions of the gift voucher, the prize must be utilised within 36 months of the date of issue or it will be forfeited.
The date of the event does not have to take place before this time, but the booking must be made and confirmed. Once bookings are confirmed, any cancellations or variations are subject to our standard terms.

Announcing the Winner:
The winner will be announced at the time of the draw and later published via Staytime social media accounts.

Costs of Claiming the Prize:
The winner is responsible for any additional costs of claiming their prize. This might include costs such as travelling to the location.

Dispute Resolution:
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by applicable Australian and NSW law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Privacy:
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any related publicity material.
