It is these questions that we will unravel on your tour.

Since becoming the proud new owners of this iconic property, our thirst for knowledge about this magnificent building has swept our minds away for countless hours across many days and nights.
We found ourselves transported to another time – learning about the many colourful characters and being immersed in lives of those that walked before us.
Our imagination can’t but help paint pictures of a kaleidoscope like community – being formed so beautifully but forever shifting with any slight movement.
Whether that be conquest, advancement, innovation, revenge, or betrayal. It appears the history of Dr Crookston’s Estate is immersed in it all!

For the first time ever you can come on a tour and enjoy the many tales that echo around the grounds.

Tour Details
When will the tours run?
Guided tours of Dr Crookston’s Historic Estate will run on selected days and times throughout the year. Use the “Book a Tour” buttons to access the booking page and see the list of tour dates and times that are currently available.
How long does the tour take?
You can expect a guided historic tour of Dr Crookston’s Estate to take between 60 – 90 minutes.
When booking your tour ticket, there is the option to pre-purchase a gourmet hamper. You are welcome to stay a while longer and enjoy your hamper in our grounds at the conclusion of your tour.
Our gourmet hamper includes an antipasto platter and locally sourced sweet and savoury selections (cakes and sandwiches) and a beverage.
Pre-purchasing is imperative as hampers are prepared to order. The cost is $39 per person.
How much do tour tickets costs?
Tickets for a guided historic tour of Dr Crookston’s Estate in Camden cost $29 per person.
Your ticket cost includes a guided tour of the Estate at 75 John Street, Camden as well as a complimentary drink to enjoy on Dr Crookston’s tennis court at the conclusion of the tour.
How many people are in each tour group?
Our tour groups are capped at 20 people per tour. You will have plenty of opportunity to soak up the knowledge of our expert guides and enjoy intriguing stories they have to share.
What if I can’t make it to my booked tour?
Tickets to this event are non-refundable. A credit towards a future event may be offered (on a case-by-case basis) provided that we are notified within an appropriate timeframe.
Disability & Mobility Access
Due to the Estate being heritage listed, there is limited disabled access to move around the property and no disabled bathroom facilities. Visitors should be aware that the Estate has a few steps and uneven ground in places.
