Promotion Name: Camden Wedding Expo – Win $1000 off the cost of your Staytime Wedding at Dr Crookston’s Estate

Promotional Period:
Entries Open: Sunday 13 October 2024 at 10.00am AEDT
Entries Close: Sunday 13 October 2024 at 1.59pm AEDT

Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
Employees of Staytime and their families are ineligible to participate.

How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, entrants must sign up to the Staytime mailing list by providing their name and email address (phone number optional) via the registration sheets that will be available for the duration of the promotional period at Stayime’s stall at the Camden Wedding Expo, Camden Town Farm, Camden NSW, Australia.
Provision of contact details warrants that the entrant meets the eligibility criteria and accepts these terms and conditions.
A breach of the terms and conditions will result in the entrant being disqualified from participating in the promotion.

Number of Entries Permitted:
Limit one (1) entry/registration per person.

Prize Details:
1 x prize consisting of $1000 credit to be applied against the total cost of the winner’s wedding to be held at Dr Crookston’s Estate (Staytime’s premises at 75 John Street, Camden NSW). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Draw:
The draw to determine the winner of the promotion will take place at 75 John Street, Camden NSW, Australia on Monday 14 October 2024 at 2.00pm AEDT.
The names of all those registered and eligible to enter will be placed in a barrel, agitated and a single ticket drawn.

Notifying the Winner:
The winner will be notified by email within 1 business day of the draw taking place.

Accepting the Prize:
The winner has until Friday 18 October 2024 at 4.59pm AEDT to acknowledge acceptance of the prize. This can be done via reply email or phone.
Staytime will make several attempts to contact the winner, via both phone and email, before this time.
Should no response be received within the designated timeframe a subsequent winner will be drawn. They will have the same 4 day period in which to acknowledge and accept the prize. This process will continue as required until a winner is confirmed.
Once the winner has acknowledged and accepted the prize, they will be provided with specific details via email as to how they will be able to apply the credit to their purchase. This will vary depending on the product they choose.

Claiming the Prize:
The prize must be utilised by Wednesday 31 December 2025 at 11.59pm AEDT or it will be forfeited.
The date of the wedding does not have to take place before this time, but the booking must be made and confirmed by the date noted above in order for the credit to be applied. Once bookings are confirmed, any cancellations or variations are subject to our standard terms.

Announcing the Winner:
The winner will be announced via Staytime social media accounts.

Costs of Claiming the Prize:
The winner is responsible for any additional costs of claiming their prize. This might include costs such as travelling to the location or the balance of the cost of the wedding services to be provided at the promoter’s premises in excess of $1000.

Dispute Resolution:
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by applicable Australian and NSW law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Privacy:
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any related publicity material.
