Located in the heart of Camden, NSW, Bookfield House has been lovingly restored to its former glory as an authentic English-style tea house, one of the many lives this grand house has lived since its construction for the mounted infantry in 1896. The house, with its intricate architecture and lush gardens, has witnessed countless elegant dining experiences, each one more lavish than the last. Bookfield House are kind enough to let us start our event at this magnificent location where we will enjoy one of their famous High Teas which they serve daily.

Dr. Crookston’s Estate

Affectionately known as Dr. Crookston’s house in the township of Camden, this distinguished residence proudly presides over John Street, strategically positioned beneath the nostalgic gaze of St. John’s Anglican Church. Although a sizable property occupying one of the highest and most central points in this charming, old English-style town, it maintains an air of seclusion, shielded by a myriad of mature trees. These trees, though venerable, are mere youngsters compared to the age of the historic home they protect. Dr. Crookston’s house holds a proud and storied history within the township.
